I love this guy. Had he called the police, would they have done anything? I doubt it, unless they knew exactly what the law was, Oh ok, the police were notified several times and THEY DID NOTHING!!!
If the owner of that Mexican shop calims he did not know the law, please remeber that ignorance of the law does not constitute consent to commit a crime. You can still be prosecuted!
