Ok, I will be honest here
For the past 2 days I have tried to post my lets see what others are saying, but due to instability problems with my computer, I have crashed after having almost finished it twice.
So I give up. I need to figure out what is causing my system to eat resources, then I will post it.

You must be opening a web page that sucks the oxygen out of IE. I've had similar problems. Did you do the CTRL-ALT-DELETE simultaneous key press and check to see which process is eating the CPU?

Got it figured out. Turns out for some reason RAM was missing in my bios, I had to reboot, go into setup, have it check, then save it and exit. Took me a few hours but its fixed, but I am still scratching my head wondering how it happened.
