"I heard a question on the definition of "success," so: a stable, representative government that is capable of protecting itself against threats, without outside assistance."

I have no problem with this definition of success as long as the right is willing to be honest with the American people and admit that this will mean years of daily bombings and dead soldiers. I wonder, when Bush declares victory in time for the mid-term elections and starts pulling out troops before any of these criteria are meet will you denounce him for "cutting and running" or will you praise and think of a way to blame those you disagree with? I'm willing to take bets.

Be careful how you bet, conservatives and the right have been warning since this began that we will have a semi-permanent presence over there, and as stated in the past, if the government of Iraq asks us to leave, we will be back.

I have always maintained that we will be there for years, so cutting and running is not in the vocabulary.

So I repeat my question. If/When Bush starts pulling out troops in anticipation of the November elections, even though the qualifications listed have not been meet, will you attack him as you attack those on the left?

I will not "attack" him but voice my displeasure at his caving in to the left moonbats (read Murtha, Pelosi, Kennedy et all) and pulling out before its time.

The use of the word "attack" in your statement is at the very least a mis-statement in anything that I say or do.

Oh yeah because Bush has spent so much time listening to and following Democrats on anything. Why won't you be consistent and denounce Bush for "cutting and running" like the right did to Kerry when he announced his plan for withdrawal even though it did not call for an immediate exit from Iraq.
