Terrorism in London Again

Changing leaders does not make the problem go away, as many a peace activist will have you believe. It only gives the terrorists someone new to play with.

LONDON - Police in London's bustling nightclub and theater district on Friday defused a bomb that could have killed hundreds, after an ambulance crew spotted smoke coming from a Mercedes filled with a lethal mix of gasoline, propane and nails, authorities said. Yahoo has the whole story.

UPDATE: Things have been progressing extremely fast in the UK these last few days. There have been numerous botched terrorist attacks throughout the region, including in Scotland at the Glasgow airport. These are all linked to Al-Qa'ida. Anything and Everything

At home it seems like life is normal. Not much is going on, but when I turned on Fox News last night, all I saw was Michelle Malkin and Geraldo Rivera going at it about immigration. Of course, Geraldo openly advocates open borders, kept referring to illegals simply as "immigrants", and called Michelle a racist and implied that what she wanted smacked of "Nazi-ism". Sorry, Geraldo, but don't think asking people to obey the laws already in place in this country concerning immigration and asking that illegals- no matter where they are from- to go back home is racist or reminiscent of Hitler.
Every country has immigration laws. Why is it only the U.S. is yelled at about it? I say we go ahead and open the borders. Open nice and big. Allow everyone to come in- no fees, no rules. When someone comes knocking on YOUR door and forces you to accommodate them, what will you do? If you don't welcome them with open arms and give them whatever they want, even if it means your livelihood and culture will be erased, you will be labeled a racist. Just remember that.

In other news, I noticed Hamas hates democracy and, as usual, the Gaza Strip is in turmoil. Sorry to all you blame-Israel-folks. This time, it's Arab on Arab. Well, hey, isn't it usually? I say, let them kill each other, Maybe then the problems will be solved and no one can blame America because we won't be interfering. Oh wait, you'll probably beg America to intervene and then blame us again when it doesn't work (again). Screw 'em all! I'm sick of this crap!
