Those who cross the border without documentation and permission are......

CRIMINALS, NO MORE NO LESS

They do NOT belong here and should have every available resource of law enforcement after them.

This is why I support the ORIGINAL legislation that was place before the house and senate and is now getting watered down. Its time to put an end to the lunacy on our borders, tighten them up, lock them down and take care of AMERICAN business.

I welcome immigrants...LEGAL IMMIGRANTS..not those who flaunt the law by breaking it the VERY SECOND they enter MY COUNTRY. AS such, I have drafted a letter for my representatives which has been sent, feel free to copy it if you want and send it your own representative:

Dear (Insert representatives name here)

I am horrified and appalled that the current immigration legislation reform is being gutted in favor of less strict measures.

It is my opinion, and those of my co-workers, friends, family and fellow americans that the legislation should be pushed through post-haste in an un-adulterated fashion in its original form.

For too long we have allowed the people of Mexico to come across our borders and become criminals upon doing so, it is time to put a STOP to it.

Senator Tancredo has issued tough messages to the rest of our representatives, and his opinions are those that are refelcted by the majority of americans. Please take time to consider the ramifications in allowing your vote to reflect a watered down version of the original legislation.

The american people want immigration reform, and they want it now.

Salutations with respect,

(Insert your name here)

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - A small Easter display was removed from the City Hall lobby on Wednesday out of concern that it would offend non-Christians.
The display - a cloth Easter bunny, pastel-colored eggs and a sign with the words "Happy Easter'' - was put up by a City Council secretary. They were not purchased with city money.

Tyrone Terrill, the city's human rights director, asked that the decorations be removed. Terrill said no citizen had complained to him.

Council Member Dave Thune called it a shame.

"This has just gone too far,'' he said. "We can't celebrate spring with bunnies and fake grass?''

The council president, Kathy Lantry, said the removal wasn't about political correctness.

"As government, we have a different responsibility about advancing the cause of religion, which we are not going to do,'' she said.

It's not the first time a holiday symbol has been removed from City Hall. In 2001, red poinsettias were briefly banned from a holiday display because they were associated with Christmas.

Abdul Rahman

This news was all over blogs yesterday. Looks like it caught the eye of those in power. Let's hope that Abdul Rahman is a free man soon. Keep this story in mind when others claim Islam is a religion of peace. (MY ASS it is).

President Bush said Wednesday that he is "deeply troubled" that an Afghan man is being tried for converting to Christianity.

Abdul Rahman, 41, faces a possible death penalty for converting from Islam to Christianity 16 years ago. He has been charged with rejecting Islam, a crime under this country's Islamic laws. Bush said in a speech that a young democracy is growing in Afghanistan, but he's concerned about the case.

"We expect them to honor the universal principle of freedom," Bush said. "I'm troubled when I hear, deeply troubled when I hear, the fact that a person who converted away from Islam may be held to account. That's not the universal application of the values that I talked about. I look forward to working with the government of that country to make sure that people are protected in their capacity to worship."

Rahman's trial started last week, but a state prosecutor said Wednesday that he may be mentally unfit to stand trial. Moayuddin Baluch, a religious adviser to President Hamid Karzai, said Rahman would undergo a psychological examination and the case will be dropped if he's found mentally unfit.

Blood Money

LOL now can't we all JUST wait to go see THIS movie? I'm tellin ya- some people are so far off their knockers it really makes me ashamed to be a fellow American. Cindy Sheehan is USING the death of her son, her own flesh and blood, for political gain and fame. There is nothing more to this.
Hollywood embraces this act too.

Cindy Sheehan was up much of the previous night while emergency room doctors treated her daughter for a painful cyst, but sleeping in is out of the question. Soon a car will whisk her off to a Canadian TV interview, to be followed by a local TV interview, and finally, fixing spaghetti for her three adult children in Vacaville -- her home before the death of her soldier son Casey and the political trajectory of her anguish propelled her to divorce, to estrangement from friends, and to a frenetic campaign to end U.S. military involvement in Iraq.

And where is "home" to her now?

She pauses and sighs, sinking into the window seat and pulling a quilt up to her chin. "Nowhere, really ... ."

She's averaging just two days per month here. The next morning she will fly off again, the surreal star of what is -- depending largely on one's political perspective -- either an epic tragedy or a farce. After stops for protests in New Orleans and Washington, D.C., she will breakfast in Manhattan with actress Susan Sarandon, who is set to portray her in a biopic movie. A crew will film Sheehan for a weekly reality series on the Sundance Channel. Her letters to President Bush inspired "Peace Mom," a one-woman monologue show in London. A memoir is due to her publisher April 1.

Trust one thing: Cindy will walk away from this with more cash in her hands than she's ever had. It's blood money and she should be ashamed of herself. What a toolbytch.

Operation Success

What a day Saturday was...me and another 100 of my close fellow patriots standing guard at the recruiting center.

I loved it

We succeeded even before it began.

Thankfully we were able to keep any harm from coming to the property where the recruiting center is...and Tucson PD did an AWESOME job of keeping the peace.

More later.

Calling all level headed people

Will you be in Tucson, AZ on 18 March? Then Protest Warrior needs you!! Check this out!

Dear Troop Supporters!
Thanks for all you nice e-mails and phone messages after the interview on the Tammy Bruce show. We had three new supporters there Wednesday, two as a result of her show. THANKS for coming out! We outnumbered them, again, 2 to 1! (We had 20, they had 10) We again dominated the sidewalk right in front of the recruiters...YEAH!!!!

The reason I write is to let ALL of you know that the antis are planning a rally and march on Saturday March 18. Here is a copy of the announcement found on their website, peacecalendar.org:

March and Rally Saturday, March 18, 10 a.m. Rally at Catalina Park, 4th Ave. & 2nd. St. 11 a.m. March to Military Recruiting Center, Speedway, east of Campbell for Noon picketing.

Here is a map of where Catalina Park is (see above image). I imagine they plan on marching down Speedway to the recruiters' offices which is probably about 1/2 mile to 3/4 of a mile east of this.

The last time they had a rally on a Saturday, the Marines called the Luceros, who responded all by themselves (We were out of town, sadly) and they were accosted, harassed, assaulted, literally attacked! When they bravely went into the crowd, the t.v. reporter feared for them and shouted that they had a right to be there. The demonstrators threw garbage at the doors of the recruiters' offices, wrote obscenities on the walkway right in front of their offices and out on the sidewalk. There were about 500 people there. (Michael, if you'd like to give your personal testimony on this, write me and I will forward it to everyone!)

We need to be at the recruiters' parking lot and sidewalk EN MASS!!! I will take a copy of their announcement to the police next Wednesday and probably call the non-emergency number also. I will also let the owner of the property know and have him call the police. If we are there BEFORE they get there, we can show our determination to publicly show our support for the troops and their mission. I know that many of you work on Wednesdays and can't be there, though you'd like to! THIS IS YOUR CHANCE!!! We can meet at 10 a.m. and fill the parking lot with our cars and set up flags and banners and be on the sidewalk and the entrances to the building before they arrive. Please plan on being there and bring every supporter you know!

I will send out more e-mails as I get in touch with the police and the owner of the building and the Recruiters.

Keep up the good work, everyone!

Pat

Note: This post will remain on top until the mission is complete.

The Unified Agenda of the Democrats

What's wrong with this?? Read it and decide what is missing.

(CNSNews.com) - The Republican Party has wondered what's taking Democrats so long to unveil their election-year agenda. Amid press reports that it will happen any day now, House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi on Tuesday offered what amounts to a draft version.

--SNIP--
In a speech to the Communications Workers of America on Tuesday, Pelosi mentioned Democrats' opposition to outsourcing. She said Democrats will end tax subsidies for companies that send jobs overseas.

She also said Democrats support the "right of all Americans to organize," a sentiment that goes over well with labor unions such as the CWA.

To protect workers who want to join unions, Pelosi said Democrats are "fighting" to pass the Employee Free Choice Act, sponsored by Rep. George Miller (D-Calif.) in the House and Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-Mass.) in the Senate. "The bill will guarantee that when a majority of workers in a company want a union, they will get a union," Pelosi said.

Ok...unions and jobs.

Democrats also support an increase in the minimum wage. Pelosi, describing the income of corporate American CEOs as "immoral," used Wal-Mart to make her point:

"I was told that an entry level person at Wal-Mart, who works his or her entire career at Wal-Mart, would make as much as the CEO makes in two weeks. A lifetime of work versus two weeks in the executive suite -- this is not America, this is not fairness, this is not the basis of a strong middle class that is essential for our democracy. We must change that in our country," she said.

Yeah so?? Workers are not supposed to make as much as business owners. It's not about being fair dipshit. It's about earning what you need to live on...if the workers want to be rich like Wal Mart owners they have the oppurtunity. Get an education and start their own business. THAT's the American way. No handouts.

Pelosi also mentioned the Democrats' "Innovation Agenda" to maintain America's leadership role in the global economy.

America lags behind other countries that have universal broadband deployment, Pelosi said; but the Democrats' agenda "guarantees" that every American will have affordable access to broadband within five years.

Ah huh...internet access for all...

Democrats support "energy independence" within ten years; health care for all American within five years; and "dignified retirement" (no privatization of Social Security) through an "AmeriSave" plan.

sHillary Care....ah huh....

NOTHING about terrorism. Nothing. Nothing about keeping America safe. Not a word about maintaining American values- nothing about family, children, religion...thats so Democrat now isn't it??

LIBERALISM RAN AMUCK....YOU LIBERALS SUCK A**

My name is Stephanie Mohr, and I used to be a police officer with the Prince George's County Police Department in Maryland. I've sent you a photograph of my little boy, Adam. It's all I have of him right now.

Because instead of tucking Adam into bed tonight, and leaning down to give him one last butterfly kiss...I am sitting in a jail cell. A jail cell where I've been sentenced to spend 10 years of my life for a "crime" I didn't commit!

Please - let me explain.

I received over 25 letters of commendation and two awards during my years on the police force. But to the bureaucrats at the U.S. Department of Justice, that doesn't matter. To them, I'm just a white police officer whose police dog bit an illegal immigrant on the leg in 1995.

You may have heard about my case on TV. On the night of September 21, 1995, I was on patrol with my police dog, Valk. The area I patrolled, Takoma Park, had been suffering a rash of burglaries. My partner, Sgt. Anthony Delozier, and I got a call for backup from an officer who had spotted two men on the roof of a nearby store. We knew we had likely found the perpetrators.

When we arrived, the situation was tense. The suspects, Ricardo Mendez and Herrera Cruz, had been ordered down from the roof and told to face a wall. They were shouting back and forth to each other in a stream of Spanish.

And then it happened.

Mendez made a move as if to flee the scene. In accordance with my training, I released my dog, Valk, who was trained to perform the standard "bite and hold" move. He did so, biting Mendez on the leg and holding him until I and the other officers could handcuff him.

Both of the suspects were charged with 4th degree burglary. Cruz pled guilty and was deported to Mexico. Mendez was convicted of illegally entering the U.S. and selling crack cocaine and was deported to San Salvador. As for me, I was relieved to get two dangerous drug dealers off our streets.

So imagine my shock - five years later - when the U.S. Department of Justice announced that it would indict me for "violating" Ricardo Mendez's civil rights by allowing my police dog to bite his leg!

Mendez, a criminal and an illegal alien, had been fleeing the scene of a crime, and it had been my duty to release Valk and apprehend him. But the bureaucrats in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice chose to ignore the facts; they were looking for cases of "police brutality", and I was exactly what they wanted: a white officer whose police dog had bitten a minority.

My fellow officers and I testified in court that I had done my job by the book. And it was true: the P.G. County police training clearly states that if a felony suspect makes a move, we are authorized to release our police dogs.

The jury agreed and voted to acquit me 11-1. And that's when things really got ugly.

Civil rights groups were furious. Everyone from Amnesty International to the NAACP declared the arrest "racist" and demanded further investigation. The Justice Department insisted on a second trial because of the one lone juror who had sided with the prosecution. They got it.

The second trial was a circus. The government flew in Mendez from San Salvador and Cruz from Mexico at taxpayer expense to testify against me. They stacked the jury with minorities who would be sympathetic to illegal immigrants. They drummed up minority witnesses who accused me of using racial epithets against them - without a shred of proof!

Their strategy worked. I was convicted and sentenced to ten years in prison - for apprehending a drug dealer!

For over two years my son has been without his mother. I think about Adam every minute. It is an unimaginable pain - maybe something only a mother can feel. I'm not there to crawl in bed with him in the middle of the night when he has a bad dream. I'm not there to wrap my arms around him when he falls down. I feel so small, helpless... and alone.

But there is one ray of hope that I am clinging to with all my heart and soul: The Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund (LELDF).

If you've heard of LELDF then you know it's the best friend a police officer could ever have. LELDF helps defend good officers who have been unfairly prosecuted for their split-second decisions in the line of duty. They've helped Officer Chuck Schwarz, in New York; Officer Scott Smith, in Connecticut; and Officer Wyatt Henderson, in Florida. And it was LELDF who helped Stacey Koon when the Rodney King-sympathizers tried to throw him in jail back in 1991.

It will be an uphill battle. The appeal alone has cost upwards of $35,000. And there are legal fees for expert witnesses, legal research, and other court fees. To make things worse, I was forced to resign after my conviction, and now in prison I have no means of earning money to fund my case.

I have already missed over two years of my little boy's life. I missed his fourth and fifth birthdays. And I can't bear to think how many more precious moments I will miss -- moments that every mother treasures but that I will never see!

That's why I am going to swallow my pride and ask you the hardest question I've ever asked another person: Will you help me get home to Adam by sending a tax-deductible contribution to the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund to help them fund my appeal?

The U.S. Department of Justice has unlimited federal tax dollars to spend on their case against me. But I must rely on the generous hearts of people like you to help clear my innocent name and send me home to my son!

This is my last chance to gain freedom. For me, your $20 gift could be the difference between clearing my name and being there for my dear son... or spending the next eight years in prison, innocent, while Adam grows up without a mother. He will be a young man by then... almost 14. And I will have missed the years when a little boy needs his mommy the most.

Thank you so very much for taking the time to read my letter. Just knowing you've done that much gives me hope -- hope that I will get home to Adam before it's too late. With your help, Adam will never spend another Christmas without his mom by his side.

Yours truly,

P.S. If I can be sent to prison for doing my job, then sooner or later every police officer in this nation will be at risk. By clicking here and contributing, you can help LELDF defend those good officers. Won't you please help me clear my name and get home to my son by supporting LELDF today? I truly appreciate any help you can spare. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

Vermont Town Votes to Impeach Bush

Sometimes it's embarrassing to live in New England. Vermont is about as liberal as liberal can get. THAT state is full of freaks who resort to childish gimmicks ALL the time.

Impeachment fever has seized the small town of Newfane, Vt., a hotbed of resistance.

The tiny town of 1,650 residents passed a resolution last week calling for President Bush's removal from office. The Vermonters charged him with misleading the country about the war in Iraq, as well as lying about torturing prisoners and engaging in domestic spying.

Most of the towns in Vermont are that tiny; and backwards thinking for sure. I hate it up there.

The author of the resolution is ponytailed 49-year-old Dan DeWalt, a town selectman who also makes cabinets and grows organic vegetables in his spare time. Mostly, he goes barefoot, but he does own a pair of Birkenstocks. Yes, he loves tofu, and he voted for Ralph Nader in the last presidential election. He also plays the steel pan for his musical group, Sundog Revolution Orchestra.

Ahh yeah...ponytailed, berkie wearing freak. The epitome of the typical liberal. And I bet his yard smells like compost too. LOL.

Time for the Governor to go

I ran across this story on Foxnews.com

More Ariz. National Guard Troops to Combat Border Problems
Wednesday, March 08, 2006

PHOENIX — Gov. Janet Napolitano on Wednesday ordered more National Guardsmen posted at the Mexican border to help stop illegal immigrants and curb related crimes.

National Guard troops have worked at the border since 1988, but Napolitano signed an order authorizing commanders to station an unspecified number of additional soldiers there to help federal agents.

Once the funding is approved, the troops will monitor crossing points, assist with cargo inspection and operate surveillance cameras, according to the order.

"They are not there to militarize the border," the governor said. "We are not at war with Mexico."

About 170 National Guardsmen are already posted at the nation's busiest illegal entry point, where they assist with communications, fence construction and anti-drug efforts.

Napolitano did not say how many additional troops would be stationed at the border and referred questions to the National Guard, which did not immediately return a call.

The Democratic governor proposed sending troops to the border more than two months ago. Her critics in the Republican-led Legislature then introduced a bill requiring her to do so and providing $10 million for the project.

The bill won final approval Wednesday in the House and was headed to the governor, but she promised to veto the measure, saying it infringes on her constitutional powers as commander in chief of the Arizona National Guard.

Napolitano has asked the military to pay for her plan, but said she would commit state dollars if necessary.

The governor declared an immigration emergency last summer in Arizona's four border counties, citing security shortcomings by the federal government.
_______________

Ok..this crap infuriates me....Napolitano was asked 2 years ago on the morning show on KNST AM in Tucson what she thought of the border problem and her words were "Its not a problem and nothing my constituents are concerned about" Which was boopkiss because the people of Arizona had enough of people traipsing through their backyards at night stealing livestock and leaving trash all over the place.

Now...all of a SUDDEN since its an election year, she sees it as an emergency and is doing everything she can to protect the borders...while I am thankful something is FINALLY being done, I am not grateful because this is political posturing.

She turned down 10 mil from the house because she was afraid it infringes "on her constitutional powers as commander in chief of the Arizona National Guard." Now she "Napolitano has asked the military to pay for her plan, but said she would commit state dollars if necessary."

In other words, she is going to spend Arizona tax payer money instead of taking from the national pot...now tell me, what fiscal sense does this make?

Napolitano is a hypocrite and a typical democrat using hot topic political issues to make the SHEEPLE..yes ... I called you Arizona Democrats SHEEPLE .. think she is doing something good.

Before you vote...know the records...what your candidate did 2 years ago when there was no worry of getting re-elected will speak VOLUMES more then in an election year.

But then..the Sheeple will probably ignorantly re-elect her, which is why I say Stupid people should NOT be allowed to vote.

But that is just my opinion.

Now I know why I dont do these very often...very time consuming.

moonbattery at its best

I read with much interest and great enthusiasm Ravens posting about air america going off the air. So I decided to follow this ... browsing craigslist this morning I found this in the politics section The author claims in this post "See what the Bushies don't want you to hear. "

Ah yeah...they blame Bush, but in reality it was the station owner selling, then running, otherwise known in liberal democrat circles as "Cut and run"

And they wonder why they are called moonbats?

So, not being one to be deterred nor one to stand for outright lies to be spewed, I responded thusly

Please...the station is off the air because the owner cut and ran and sold out. If you want air america back on, start your own station. Bush had NOTHING to do with this and it is not a conspiracy.

Even your liberal friends agree that its not a white house conspiracy http://www.bradblog.com/archives/00002481.htm

Get a life and take off your tin foil hat knucklehead

You go the website that he references in his original posting and you see such fun things as this:

On March 1, 2006 our Air America Phoenix station was taken off the air by a Christian Broadcasting company. This was a “dark” day for progressive talk radio in America

What they fail to tell you or remind you of is that their format did not fit the programming of this "air Amerika"

Looking into the blog they have You such things as:

ABOUT THE FREEPERS:
IT WOULD BE NICE TO KEEP THE FREEPERS OFF THE BLOG.
BUT, BY READING THE FREEPER COMMENTS,
IT REALLY SHOWS HOW AFRAID THEY ARE ABOUT
FREEDOM OF SPEECH, THE TRUTH, AND THE RETURN OF AIR AMERICA TO THE PHOENIX AIR WAVES.

With a response from someone:

HHHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA!!!!

All this "free speech" that you have so trumpeted ALL GOT DELETED OFF THIS BLOG!!!!

Poor, stupid moonbats. You have all fallen into the usual Letfist trap of championing free speech just as you are shipping people off to the gulags.

That's OK, though, because it has all been recorded. I'm sure Randi will address this free speech issue on her show. Or not. Either way, it doesn't sound like you'll hear it in Phoenix.

Which is true because they even edited my comments off the site...so much for supporting free speech huh? Hypocrites...they claim conservatives are invading their right to free speech, but let someone disagree with them, and its off to the races of squashing their voices.

Liberalism...the mental disorder that is destroying America, one market at a time.

Air America No More In Phoenix??

Awwe...is this TOO bad or what??? I don't know what you folks down in Arizona did, but whatever it was- GOOD ON YOU. Air America has no audience in my state (NH) so I'm not blessed to listen to the HOT air and looks like folks in Phoenix aren't going to have to hear it anymore.

(Warning- this link takes you to a LIBERAL freakblog LOL)
You helped take an unrated, unprofitable AM radio station and pushed it to a tie for 3rd place out of 25 AM stations in Phoenix. You took that same AM station and made it profitable in less than a year and even after the sale was announced you stood by Air America Phoenix and we kept on making money even when our future was in doubt and we didn’t know when our “plug” was going to be pulled. In fact, the last month we were on the air was the 3rd best month we’ve had financially!

Air America Phoenix has now disappeared into the ether and Phoenix is left with multiple Christian formats, some in English and others in Spanish, several “brokered’ time stations (you know the radio stations selling you vitamins, good bowel movements and financial advice) a bagful of right wing “Conservative Talk stations” featuring Rush, Sean, Laura, Bill Bennett, Savage, Medved and all of their local imitators, three “Sports Talk” stations that live off the largess of their sister stations in the big corporate clusters that dominate the dial in Phoenix. Is anyone enjoying Tony Snow on KTAR…did anyone ask for him?

Maybe stations should come up with a new content advisory: BORING.

Bummer.....

I have had a knee injury which may require surgery to correct. Glad to have some members on board to keep the posts going...Raven is Awesome..isnt she? Also Airborne Vet does a great job, and of course you can not forget everyones favorite Marine, FlightPundit.

Hope to have updates for everyone that cares soon.

Top Ten Immigration Hawks

Another Top 10 list from Human Events Online. These are people worth standing behind due to their abilty and conviction to take on Illegal Immigration.

Top 10 Immigration Hawks in Congress

10. Sen. Tom Coburn (R.-Okla.)
One of only two Senate GOP co-sponsors of the Border Security and Interior Enforcement Improvement Act to build a border fence, increase agents, give local law enforcement the ability to protect citizens from illegal immigration and require countries to accept their citizens back quickly. 8. Rep. J.D. Hayworth (R.-Ariz.)
When Mexican President Vicente Fox called the idea of a border fence "disgraceful and shameful,” Hayworth declared, “President Fox should shut up." Author of Whatever It Takes: Illegal Immigration, Border Security, and the War on Terror (Regnery, 2006—a Human Events sister company).

7. Rep. Steve King (R.-Iowa)
