THOSE DIRTY ROTTEN SOB'S

Ok, I am infuriated now.

From CNN headlines

Separatists claim responsibility for California Wildfires

ORANGE COUNTY, California (CNN) -- Radical Hispanic separatist organization MEChA ("Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan") is taking responsibility for setting the wildfires in California, confirmed Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

California officials received a letter earlier today containing photographs of individuals holding Molotov cocktails, then throwing them into dry brush. The faces of the individuals appeared to have been digitally distorted.

Also included was a rambling manifesto, stating that the reason for the act of arson was that "Aztlán belongs to indigenous people, the Chicanas and Chicanos of Aztlán. We are sovereign and not subject to a foreign culture."

Orange County Fire Battalion Chief Kris Concepcion told CNN that the pattern of wildfires definitely indicates arson.

"The reason we think it is [arson] is because we found multiple points of origin," Concepcion said. "... Our investigators have confirmed that this is, in fact, arson."

Concepcion said evidence indicated the arsonists wanted the fire to grow rapidly.

A $70,000 reward is being offered for any information leading to the arrest of those responsible for setting the fire. No suspects have been identified, though they are probably brown.

The state established a toll-free arson tip line at 800-540-7085. Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger said anyone convicted of arson would be dealt with harshly.

Concepcion said about 1,100 firefighters were working on controlling the blaze, which has destroyed at least 22 structures. The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection said the fire was only 30 percent contained Thursday morning after being 50 percent contained the day before.

Concepcion said onshore winds Thursday morning should help firefighters "get the upper hand on this thing."

"For someone to even think about doing something as reprehensible as starting a fire where they knew the fire would grow as rapidly as it would -- traveling about three, 3 ½ miles in about an hour -- is just really absolutely unconscionable," he said

Dirty rotten bastards. I am so livid over this its not even funny.

How many people have lost their homes? How many people lost their lives? How much resources, Federal, State and local have been tied up in this? And its all caused because a bunch of sick retards wanted to make a political point. YOU DIRTY ROTTEN MOTHER F*&&ERS, what they have done is domestic TERRORISM, and I say that when they are caught, they need to be treated like TERRORISTS. NEVER is the willful and wanton destruction of personal or government property or violence acceptable in the name of political dissent........NEVER

Its time the government clamps down HARD on the illegals and come out publicly and explain WHY this land belongs to US. I would ask the MSM to do the same, but that doesn't fit their agenda. The government needs to go on an education campaign and explain that the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo peacefully gives us this land. Then, they need to announce that anyone crossing our borders will be SHOT ON SITE as a foreign invader.

I am so damn tired of this crap. WAKE UP AMERICA, DO SOMETHING FOR HEAVES SAKES. Let your congressmen and representatives KNOW.

Dirty rotten Son of B***hes

Update 10/27/2007

I had to go searching to find out if this story was indeed a spoof or not, due to the comments of one anonymous individual who couldnt form a cohesive thought to save his/her life. Turns out the individual was right, but went about it in a way devoid of any inherent intelligence and the articulate ability of a 5 year old on a playground.

This story is indeed a spoof. But my reaction to it stands.

Hit-and-run suspect is illegal immigrant, had DUI

10:33 PM Mountain Standard Time on Monday, October 22, 2007

By Marissa Wingate / 3TV reporter

A memorial marks the spot where 5-year-old Annabelle Sandoval died Sunday.

She was riding in a truck with her father and her three siblings when police say 27-year-old Wilson Alba-Cano pulled out in front of the family near 7th Avenue and Roeser in Phoenix.

According to police, Alba-Cano, an illegal immigrant who had been arrested before for DUI, was drunk at the time of the hit-and-run.

"It is very heartbreaking," said Gay Cox.

Gay and Tony Cox watched the family's truck flip four times.

"The father was trying to hustle three kids off to the side so they wouldn't get hit by any oncoming cars," Gay said.

"I was just hoping that it was not someone under the truck because you could tell it was a human being just like crying out," said hit-and-run witness Angel Guzman.

Guzman ran to help after witnessing the hit-and-run.

Annabelle was pinned under the truck. At least two of the children had been ejected. A 3-year-old broke his leg.

Witnesses rolled the overturned truck off its side.

"(They) just flipped it back over so it would get off that little girl," Tony Cox said.

Police say Alba-Cano drove off after hitting the truck and soon crashed into a front yard before fleeing.

Witnesses reportedly followed Alba-Cano and held him until police arrived and arrested him. He's charged with manslaughter.

Investigators tell us the children were not wearing seatbelts.

Call to action

This in, Courtesy of Stop the ACLU:

Vote to Kill ‘Fairness Doctrine’ Forever Could Come up Today
by Warner Todd Huston @ 1:31 pm. Filed under 1st Amendment, News

n an effort to kill it forever, Representative Mike Pence (R-Ind.) is attempting to force a vote on the floor of the House today over the future of the so-called “Fairness Doctrine.” Pence already secured passage of the “Free Flow of Information Act” to protect the press and is now launching an effort to nix the ability of the executive branch from re-instituting the woefully unfair “Fairness Doctrine,” a relic from the 1980s that deserves to remain dead and buried.

Using a somewhat arcane House rule called a “discharge Petition,” Pence and Representative Greg Walden (R- Ore.) are attempting to defy the House majority and force a vote on the measure. A “discharge petition” would need the support of 218 members of the House to force a vote and Pence already has 201names pledged to support him. He needs only 17 Democrats to join the effort and Pence can defeat the efforts of Nancy Pelosi to block the attempt.

Here is your cue. If you are in a district that sent a Democrat to the House of Representatives, call him immediately and ask him to support Mike Pence’s measure. If he can get this measure passed, we can prevent a future Democrat president from re-instituting the “Fairness Doctrine” by using his power to appoint left leaning FCC commissioners who will be compliant enough to reinstate this failed doctrine of the past. If Pence is successful, we can at least stop this newest attempt by the left to secure left leaning media bias and quash conservative voices in the media.

As Robert Bluey of the Heritage Foundation wrote on his Bluey Blog today:

The return of the Fairness Doctrine would be dreadful for broadcasters, many of whom have conservative viewpoints, Pence told a group of conservative bloggers at the Heritage Foundation yesterday. He said many political commentators would quit rather than keep talking because of the paperwork and legal issues that are likely to result.

Not only that but what station owner would go to all the Herculean efforts to include all voices in the political spectrum every single broadcast? Surely station owners would just assume not have any political commentary at all rather than bend over backwards, lose money, and give their hosts short shrift to satisfy this backwards and oppressive FCC rule?

Bluey continues:

Pence, himself a former radio-show host, was confident yet realistic about his chances of finding the votes. “I don’t think freedom is a partisan issue in the House of Representatives,” he said. He noted that 113 Democrats voted for a similar measure this summer that prevented the FCC from restoring the Fairness Doctrine for one year. Making that ban permanent won’t be as easy.

Folks, we have a chance to kill this abomination against free speech. I urge you folks with Democrat Representatives to call your House member ASAP.

Encouragement from americanprotest.net

Don't Assume Gloom
by Wayne BoettcherPosted: 01/12/2007
Dark grey clouds fill the sky in Southwest Arizona as I look out upon the grim desert landscape, where spiny cactus and fanged creatures struggle to survive. The nightly coyote howls his frustration while buzzards watch patiently. A scorpion skitters across the floor, searching for prey to poison and devour. And the Democrats took over Congress.
Oh, the agony of it all. Perhaps we should stop trying to exist as free citizens who participate in our own government. The painful weariness of lifting pen to paper (or hand to keyboard) to write Congress may be too much to bear. Why find out what's really going on? It would be so much easier to just take a nap, or watch some TV. Relax. Drift off. Close your eyes….
Wake up, America! I was just kidding. Do you think there have not been hard times before? History tells us that when America was born the country was split. Many wanted to stay safely under England's thumb while other yearned for Liberty. Fistfights, duels, arguments and debates raged across the country. Thankfully the Liberty lovers did not take a nap.
Their letters and articles of protest during the Revolutionary era helped shape a nation. Yes, you know the famous writings of many patriots. But there were other letters and articles as well, lesser-known ones from all over the fledgling regime. These also influenced everyone and helped shape mass opinion. I can imagine in 1776 a weary farmer taking the time after a long day to write the village newspaper or (post a flyer) explaining how the freedom to worship God as he pleases is essential to overall liberty.
He doesn't think anyone cares but feels he must make a stand. Perhaps he prayed about it. And many tell him his ideas are radical. Some tear down his village poster (called broadsides in those days) and laugh at him as he stoically reposts it. But as time wears on and the naysayers notice the farmer refuses to back down. The logic of his argument begins to be felt. Others take up his cause. When it came time to vote, his ideas prevail! Why? One reason is that though he felt alone, he was actually one of many who cared, and helped turn the tide.
All through America's history independence advocates have faced taunting, ridicule and government oppression. In states where slavery abounded, abolitionists struggled to make men free. Jailed, beaten, reviled and shunned, they continued to write Congressmen who supported slavery to shame them and attempt to change their point of view. Letters to the editors of newspapers requested plantation owners let slaves go. I'm sure many times the writers feared their letters might "accomplish nothing."
After all, many knew they were not necessarily the great geniuses of the day. Some were simple working people who happened to be raised to know right from wrong. Yet they struggled against "brilliant" lawyers, "great" politicians and "religious" leaders who attempted to convince them that slavery was something to be tolerated and allowed. But most abolitionists were true Christians who lived by the Word. They didn't cave in to evil just because "everybody was doing it." They persevered…and eventually won!
Yes, we face evil in today's world, enabled and enforced even by Americans. Pornography, abortion, promiscuity, socialism, open borders, excessive taxes, oppression of property rights, rights to bear arms, to worship freely, to speak out and to be safe from government oppression by activist judges are some of the problems we face. Usually liberals are on one side of an issue, and conservatives on the other. In the middle are the mushy, undecided, uncaring and indecisive. Everyone's trying convince them for the next election time!
Liberal media give the impression that the mushy middle and liberals are all together, ready to crush the minority conservatives. Usually that's not actually true. But even when the odds are great, people who care will fight on. That's when character comes through. It's easy to fight when you know you're going to win. What about when you don't know? Will you still fight?
The Bible tells of Gideon facing the Midianites. Severely outnumbered, he reduced his force even more until he was down to only 300 men against an army too numerous to count! Yet still he prevailed against the oppressive government ravishing the country. Gideon also had the Lord on his side, and prayed for victory. Yes, he had doubts at first, but ended up trusting that doing the right thing would somehow work.
You too can fit the Gideon mold. Write an email to Congress. With email forms currently in use they are just as good as a paper letter and very convenient. It takes no time at all! Write against abortion or embryonic stem cell research funding. Write against pornography or promiscuity in public schools. Write to support the troops by asking Congress to support the President's plan. Could you do that, even if you know your Representative or Senator is a hard-core liberal? I know it's hard. Write it out. But don't just send it yet.
Take a moment to pray. It's of the utmost importance to seek guidance from the Lord. How did you write that letter? Was it accusatory or rude? Revise if needed. And pray some more, that the letter will touch the heart of the politician or newspaper editor you send it to. The missive need not be too complicated, simply a respectful request of your representative whose job it is to listen to their constituents and represent them. If you have not told them your wishes even once, how can you expect them to know what it is you want them to do? It's time to let them know! Write Congress, stand up for the what's right, and stand up for America!
